Congratulations to Nathan for making the Johnson High School snare line. Nathan is one of my eighth-grade students. We’ve worked hard to get ready for his try out and it paid off.

Joshua has been studying his mallet solo for one week. Joshua went to UIL solo and ensemble contest and made a 1 which is the best score you can make. Good job for such little time to get ready.
Up and Coming Student
Max is my newest up-and-coming drummer. He has been studying drums with me for about 2 months. He picks up quickly and retains the information well.

I started teaching Takumi on drums set then he tried out for the begginers band in his middle school. I is doing a great job at playing all percussion instruments. I currently teach Takumi on keyboard mallets, snare drum and drum set. This is a video of Takumi playing a piece for school.
