1. Program Description
Drumming with Mike Baez provides service updates, appointment confirmations, and marketing promotions via SMS and email to users who opt in. This program includes appointment reminders and service-related inquiries to ensure optimal customer support. Message frequency may vary.
2. User Representation & Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Drumming with Mike Baez to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit our forms without checking the consent boxes.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 210-887-6704. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Rejoin Instructions
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
